Why “Lumière”?

A lot of my photography plays with light and shadows, and I quite literally chase the light past golden hour for it. Most photographers will tell you “golden hour” happens just before sunset but did you know it shines just as brightly right after sunrise?

I feel most creative and energized in the early hours of the day. For this business, I wanted a name that spoke to a restorative sense of creativity, calm and confidence. However and whenever you find your light (it doesn’t have to be at the crack of dawn), Lumière Creative Co. exists to amplify it.
